I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation in the US and I will insure any package with a value over US $50.00 to both the US and internationally at no extra cost to you.
If you would prefer to purchase a finished piece of jewelry I have pieces with my beads available in my jewelry shop, www.silverriverjewelry.artfire.com. I am also willing to make you a custom piece of jewelry from the beads shown here, simply contact me and I will be happy to work with you. This type of custom piece requires half down and the other half when the item is finished. The first half is not refundable as this covers my time in designing the piece, materials etc.
If an item arrives damaged in any way please contact me immediately. I will be happy to replace or refund your piece once the original is returned to me. If at all possible I will re make the piece but many of my pieces are one of a kind so if I am unable to replace it I will give a full refund.
